A Mindfulness Coach with over a decade of experience in the wellness industry. Courtney currently resides in British Columbia, BC, with her two beautiful sons and husband.

She creates space for individuals to feel their emotions and free themselves from cycles that inhibit their transformation, power, and growth through her unique mindfulness practices.
Courtney guides humans back to their highest aligned selves through revolutionary workshops, courses, and retreats. She combines various practices to unlock human potential and reawaken them with a renewed sense of purpose.

MY STORY
I began my journey after a series of family crises, dysfunctional patterns, a traumatic car accident that left me with chronic pain, and a version of myself that I didn’t recognize.
When I was in a serious car accident and faced a near-death experience, I realized that if I want to live the life I am meant to, I need to make a choice every day to show up. I had fashioned myself into a vision of what I thought I should be and disconnected from my truth. I became a bystander to the life I was meant to live—to be responsible for the space that I hold here.
In 2015 I suffered my first of many miscarriages. Nothing can prepare you for the gut wrench, the tears, and grief experienced when you lose the baby you dream of holding. But with this also came the greatest lessons of acceptance, surrender, trust and fortitude.
These losses were my greatest teacher in breaking through the limitations I put on my life and stepping back into empowerment and trust.
I worked in an executive role for the world’s largest cosmetic company for 10+ years, where I felt pressured by the demands and complexities of our day-to-day lives. During this time, I experienced the impact of stress on my physical and mental health. I knew deep down that I needed to change and slow down to avoid burnout, but I stayed with it out of fear and lack of knowing where to turn.
I soon experienced the devastating effects of sleep deprivation, exhaustion, stress, and anxiety. It was then that I recognized how our capacity as human beings does not always align with the demands of our jobs, social networks, and society at-a-large. As a result, I grew passionate about developing and implementing lasting tools and methods to manage my health and happiness.
My passion evolved into a desire to educate and support those I love, my community, and eventually, anyone I could connect with who sought practices to soothe stress.
MY WHY
Life is busy.
It can feel overwhelming, demanding, and exhausting.
Our daily responsibilities grow and demand more of our time, effort, and energy as we strive to define ourselves, achieve success and provide for our families. We adapt our needs and desires to fit in with the narratives and systems that society demands. As a result, we may find ourselves dimming our light to be accepted by others.
I want to share a space for deeper listening —
a space where we can listen to our bodies, hearts, and souls, reconnect to our truth and live a long life where we feel supported, loved, and healthy within our communities.
WHERE TO FIND ME
I work with individuals out of my backyard in North Vancouver and at corporate wellness workshops and day-long retreats. You can download my mindfulness coaching app, The Bodhi Effect, and receive new videos to embrace movement, Kundalini Yoga, and meditation each week. I’m continually designing new courses for individuals to participate in monthly affirming lives through many practices and processes.
